At JBL Myanmar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your audio experience. If your product is defective or does not meet your expectations, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Contact our customer service team via our hotline or official Facebook page with your order number and proof of purchase to begin the return process.

    Verify Product Condition

    Ensure the item is in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and the warranty card, without any signs of physical damage or misuse.

  • 3.
    Schedule a Pickup

    Once approved, our logistics partner will arrange a convenient time to collect the item from your location, or you may drop it off at an authorized JBL service center.

  • 4.
    Quality Inspection & Refund

    Our technicians will inspect the device to confirm the fault; following approval, we will process your replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
