What are the available payment methods?

We accept a variety of payment options including KBZPay, WavePay, AYA Pay, and mobile banking transfers, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) for addresses within Yangon and Mandalay.

How long does shipping take within Myanmar?

Deliveries within Yangon typically take 1-2 business days. For other regions and states, please allow 3-5 business days depending on the local courier service availability.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for manufacturing defects. The item must be in its original packaging with all accessories and the purchase receipt included for a successful exchange.

How can I verify my warranty status?

Every JBL product comes with a warranty card in the box. You can register your product serial number on our website or visit any authorized service center in Myanmar for assistance.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, JBL Myanmar only ships to addresses within the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
